So if you have a possibly urgent condition, I would not go to Clearview MRI. Unfortunately, it may not be the case for the next patient they treat with such disregard. Thank goodness it wasn't something so vital, that the staff's lack of attention and apathy, could have possibly caused my situation to become critical. It didn't matter how many calls I made they were only going to do the bare minimum and take their sweet time. And as a wonderful bonus, they still NEVER sent the MRI disc to my doctor's office.

Not surprising after the past couple of weeks of trying to get them to do their actual jobs.

Finally, after 19 days I was told by my doctor's office that Clearview finally sent something, but they thought it was weird that the Clearview staff would try to send an image because they should have known you can't send MRI images by fax. Seriously?! They can't just do their job and send the disc like they were supposed to?! I am supposed to bring the disc to my doctor and do their job for them. I called several more times over the next week and a half about getting the fax report sent and the MRI disc sent and I was told by the staff at Clearview that since I had a copy I should just give it to them myself. Three hours later I checked with my doctor's office and they still had not received anything from Clearview. They assured me it would be sent “manually” after I got off the phone. When I asked about the fax they were supposed to send with the report, I found out that the ball was also dropped on that one. When I finally got someone on the phone I found out they had sent them to the wrong address.

I then left messages at Clearview Imaging about whether they actually sent my MRI results to my doctor, which all went unanswered. I called my doctor's office and asked if they had received the report and the CD with my MRI photos a few days later and they still had not. the office staff seems pretty incompetent. I have nothing but positive things to say about him. The MRI tech who handled my MRI was great! He did a super job of keeping me calm and comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation.
